Hi all,

I am using a netopia wireless pcmcia (or cardbus??) card on my laptop.
It runs on a TI ACX100 and the driver module is acx_pci.ko. I compiled
it on FC2 and loaded it fine. All seems well, I ran the following:

insmod src/acx_pci.ko
firmware_dir=/home/anthung/acx100-0.2.0pre8_plus_fixes_57/firmware
use_eth_name=1

sleep 5

iwconfig eth1 essid "blah"

iwconfig eth1 channel 8

iwconfig eth1 mode managed key blahblahblah

But I cannot get an access point. The access point output of iwconfig
is: 00:00:00:00:00,and I see a message on the console:

no matching station found in range yet

So it appears that the device cannot see the access point, which is a
access point that works with another wireless nic.

help is appreciated!

thanks
