Active directory in member server

When i want to use administrative pack to view the active directory user and
computers in my member server, it will prompted that cannot contact domain
and make sure DC is online. But it can joined into domain. Are there
anything wrong in my DC ?

Can you ping the DC by FQDN?

I found out that the ip in dns is wrong.Must able to resolve by fqdn also ? Btw thanks
