Active Directory issues

Whenever I add a user account to Active Directory users and computers, they
appear there but is nonexistant to the server, which means that attempts to
log in with that account would give me an error saying that the username or
password does not exist and running RSoP on the new accounts would give me
the message that the account does not exist. Every new account I make ends up
being this way. How do I fix this problem?

Windows 2003 SBE, domain controller role with 2 winxp pro clients.

What DNS address is the DC using in it's IP properties? What DNS addresses
are the clients using? If using the ISP's, then I can see this being a huge
problem.

To better assist, please post an ipconfig /all (unedited please) of the DC
and of the clients please. This will greatly help us to help you.

Thank you,
