activation date?

Our exchange is due to go BB live this Wednesday, 5th May.

I pre-registered with PlusNet approx a month ago, and signed up for
the 512K £25 a month deal with free modem etc.

Obviously i have to wait until our exchange is active before
PlusNet give me an activation date, but roughly speaking,
how long can i expect to wait beore my BB connection is active,
after exchange activation?

Usually about 10 days after the activation date i think, but a lot of the
time it is less.

Hi,

It's normally around 7-10 days after the exchange ready date that your
line will be active although some people do find it will come on earlier
than that. Check the ADSL tracker Wednesday evening on our portal you
should see the order going through and the activation date should appear
by the end of the week. If you already have your ADSL hardware plug it in
from Friday as you may find it'll come on.
