Admitedly in the pub. But one never knows.

Which ISP etc. If it is the Campbells then I read a really horrendous story
by John Prebble, you could still be waiting for an apology 313 years
later...

I recently upgraded my speed from 512 to 2MB. I'm with Virgin Net. They said
it'd take about a week. Within a couple of days, I got a completion date. On
the morning of day of completion, I had an email at 6am saying it'd all gone
through, and I just needed reboot our router.

1st class service. Virgin net always seems to get bad press. I've been with
them a couple of years. Started on dial up, now on their broadband package
2. For use and needs, and for the price and speed, no one even comes close.

I'm very happy with their service

£24.99 for 2Mbits/s 20 GB/month when you can have unlimited for the
same elsewhere (F2S, Demon HomeOffice, Eclipse). Are you sure ?

Tiscali - dialup speeds at Broadband prices, see

AOL - the unlimited ISP of choice for heavy downloaders.

Uninstalled...re-installed...filters swapped over...face plates taken
off and test plug used...The upshot....passed on to some sort of team
who may get back to me tomorrow night.
I'm off to the pub.

He wrote a book on hte Glencoe Massacre in ~1965 - I assumed your email
address was some allusion to that, and you have now added your byline...

The ISP is Tesco.net.

Fairly naf, but what they are like on activation I don't know.
