Acquiring IP Address

I have recently installed a MIMO router (Netgear Rangemax 240) and have
several computers that connect to it wirelessly. However, I have a laptop
and an Xbox that fail to connect. Both of them fail to get an IP address
from the DHCP server (which is a SBS Win2003 box). The connection dialog on
each device just keeps displaying "acquiring IP address". The IP addr pool
has leases available, and all other machines connect successfully so the DHCP
server doesn't appear to be the issue. Another common point is that neither
of these devices have ever been on my network before. Both connect fine (and
acquire a DHCP lease) if I hard-wire them into the AP.

Interstinlgy, in the network connection dialog box on both the Xbox and the
Laptop, the SSID of the AP flashes on and off as if the wireless card sees it
and then looses it, repeatedly.

MAC filter set in router?
IP address range filter set in router?

On my Linksys WRT54G, these settings are in "wireless access
restrictions" Don't know where they are on a Netgear, but they're
probably there someplace.
