Account locks when trying to access a mapped drive

I have several mapped drives for this one user, all of the other mapped
drives connect with no problem, when the user tries to connect to one mapped
drive it locks the account. Any ideas on what may be causing this. We did
have a power outage and the user may have been in that mapped drive at the
time.

Delete it and re-map it again.

I already deleted it and re-mapped twice. Still doesn't work

It a "feature" of W2k3 server

The mapped drive locks out the account when trying to connect to this one
specific drive q:\\qtserver\alicia no one else has this problem at all. I
have switched her drive letter as well to see if this would help. Nothing
seems to help.

We had the same problem, one one user, applying the reg hack and a server
reboot solve it for us.
