Accessing my domain (or static IP address) opens Management Tool

I am not exactly sure how to describe this better.. but here is the
scenario:

I have a static IP for my network, with multiple domain names assigned
to this IP address. When I open a browser and hit any of my domain
names (or IP address) while I am "inside" my network, the browser opens
the BS management tool. Alternatively, I have to hit the internal IP
address or computer name to access this server.

When external to my network, everything works as expected.

My problem is that it really screws up my mail server (internal),
development boxes (internal) and the fact that I work 50% of the time
in the office and 50% out. So I keep having to reconfigure all my
addresses on my laptop when I move around.

Does anyone know a way around this?
