Accessing different network using 2 NICS

HI ,

I have two seperate networks one with ip 192.168.16.0 and other with
ip 10.10.1.0.

I want to access 10.10.1.0 network . Can any body tell me that how can
i do that.

I tried to put a second NIC in 10.10.1.0 network with ip address
192.168.16.x but i am unable to aaccess.

Can any body tell me what mnistake i am doing .

You don´t tell very much about your environment in detail, but I´ll try to
clear it out for you.

You have two different networks. These cannot communicate with eachother
without a router that´s connected to both networks, ie one NIC on the
192.168.16.0 network with, for instance, 1 as the last octet and one NIC on
the 10.10.1.0 network with, for instance, 1 as the last octet.

This solution offers the possibility for all your workstations to
communicate with both networks.

However if you intend just to connect your workstation to both of the
networks you do in similar way, use two networkcards (nic) and assign them
IP according to what network they´ll belong to.
