My application server crashed and I reinstall all application. Now the
server is set up as per server ( I forget the previous setting).

The problem is some users (there is about 12 users) can not access to the
application server now. I do not know I buy extra clients license or not, is
there any way I could find out.

Should I change it to per seat mode since I have 2 servers.

Please help

With two or more server it is usually best to license per seat, rather than
per server.
