Have you set up these access point as repeaters or for roaming or ?
60 concurrent wireless connections is far more than a residential
grade router like the entry level WRT54G can handle.
You should repost in the wireless networking newsgroup as this group
is for the support of the (now discontinued) Microsoft branded
networking hardware.
