I have a mix environment. I have one server 2003 server and 1 NT 4.0 server,
both are domain controllers.

If I create a new account on the 2003 server, that account will not have
access to the resources on the 4.0 server. It will say "access denied". All
the old accounts work fine when accessing the 4.0 resoures, it's just the new
accounts.

Anyone know of a solution???

Do you have a trust relationship between them?
Look there first.
Have you allowed access for the 2003 domain accounts in your NT4 domain
Shares and Permissions?
