Access Home Network Via Wireless

We have two desktops & two laptops on a home network using a LinkSys
router. All can see each other when connected via cat5. The laptops can
also use the wireless feature to connect to the Internet. How ever when
using the laptops in wireless mode they are not visible on the home
network nor can they see the desktops.

How can I access the home network wirelessly from the laptops?

TIA
