Access files on non-domain PC from domain PC

XPPro. I want to use a domain client PC to access files on a
non-domain PC which is connected via a 2nd ethernet port on
the domain PC. How do I go about this (or is it not do-able?)

er, \\non-domain-pc\share - enter local non-domain-pc credentials when
prompted? Or am I missing something?
