Access denied while copying

I have a domain runing windows server 2000 and 30 PCs I'm using switch 3Com
(10/100) and ethernet cards 3Com (10/100) too. The problem is I just add a
new PC with 3Com ethernet card (10/100) to the network it is working logon
and everything but the main problem is when I try to copy from the domain or
any other PC it start very slow and even the copying is too slow, but the
others is working perfect. I changed this PC with any other pc on the same
port and on any other ports on the switch but still the same problem on the
new PC too slow in copying from each other. I just brought another new PC
with another motherboard and a new Ethernet card 3Com but it make the same
problem. The motherboard configuration is Intel Motherboard bus 865 and P4
2.8 and 512MB RAM so any help please. Thanks in advance

What about Nic Speed and Duplex settings? Are they the same as all other
machines?

Also there is a big difference between being "slow" as you describe in the
message body,...and "access denied" that you describe in the subject line.
