Access Denied on DC

I am having a 2008 Standard Server with Roles of DC/AD/DNS/DHCP/File and 15
workstations. All the Workstations connect fine and can access the files.
However, 1 PC, when I want to Map the Drive or want to access the files by
Entire Network - MS Windows Network then I can see the name of the Server but
if I click on it I get the error YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE THIS
NETWORK RESOURCE..... However, if I access it by IP then there is no problem.
This happens with static IP of the PC and also if I obtain it from the
Server (set PC to DHCP) it sounds like a DNS issue, however, all the other
PC's work with static and with obtained IP. I double checked the DNS and all
is correct, otherwise the other PC's wouldn't work is well. Firewall is
disabled, etc.
Where else could I have a look? This is driving me mad.

Hello Somchai,

Check that NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled:

network properties>TCP/IP>advanced>WINS>enable netbios over TCP

Does it only use the DC/DNS on the NIC or also another external DNS server?
