Currently, I do have a problem connecting to a share on my Windows PDC
from a non-Windows platform (OS400) within the same domain. When
accessing this share from any Windows Client using the same account,
there's no problem.

Contacting IBM resulted in the following answer: because the share is
provided by the PDC, I do have to check "some option" on the Windows PDC
to grant access from non-Windows platforms.

Does anyone know about this option, or is familiar with this problem?
Thanks in advance.

You need to add support for NFS (Network File System) to your NT 4.0 system.

You need the Microsoft Windows NT Services for UNIX Add-On Pack.

(I've assumed that you are running NT 4.0 since you referred to your system
as a PDC. If this is not the case, you can use Services for Unix 3.5, found
here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/sfu/default.asp)
