You need to add support for NFS (Network File System) to your NT 4.0 system.

You need the Microsoft Windows NT Services for UNIX Add-On Pack.
(I've assumed that you are running NT 4.0 since you referred to your system
as a PDC. If this is not the case, you can use Services for Unix 3.5, found
