I have a 2k3 network made of 4 computers. Two of them run 2k3 server
and the other two run XP.. All the computers can see each other and
ping. They can all also connect to internet. My problem is that one of
the 2k3 rejectes any file be copied into it and gives "Access Denied "
message. No computer can copy files into it.I checked and there was no
firewall running on it.Would appreciate any help.

Assuming this is a peer to peer (workgroup) setup you have
to create duplicate accounts or use the "connect as" feature.
If this is a domain setup you'll need to check permissions
e.g., share permissions and NTFS.
