Access denied for administrator

Hi, I have a problem when using the file migation wizard, when adding a
server for access to the shares there I get the following error message:

Not enough permissions for the current account on server excsrv
System error 5, access denied

The account used is the domain administrator.
When using the file mig. Wizard to copy files from another server in the
same domain everything is working fine.
There is no problem accessing any share on the server excsrv from this
server using network browsing (that includes the administrative shares). All
user rights and permissions seems to be normal on all servers. The eventlogs
shows no errors at all. All servers are domain controllers.

When using FRSDiag I get the following errors:

And I think this is related to the same problems that I have with the file
migration wizard. I have been searching the knowledge base for days, have
tried some suggestions, but the problem still remains.

Any suggestions ??
