Possible:
Go to Administrative Tools/Local Security Policy. Expand Local Policies and
expand Security Options. In the right pane there is a setting called:
Restrict CD-ROM access to locally logged on user only. This may be enabled
on the local machine, but overridden by Group Policy when the machine is
joined to the domain?
