access to computers

Hello,

I am having a bit of a consistency problem with my ms
broadband app. only one of my 4 pc in my home network is
able to reconize and access the pc (via the ms broadband)
icons. The rest only show a partial of the icons; it
would 1 out the four with a full discription and is able
to connect to that pc. the other icons will show as a HD
icon with with only the ip address, when clicked an error
will show "the device is not available make sure is
turned on..." these items (pcs) are turned on and have
access to the internet via the ms broadband....
however, the one pc (only one) that showes all but one of
the pcs, provides all associated icons with access
points..
summary;
there is a lack of consistancy in the way msb is linking
the 4 pcs...
all pcs can be pinged via the command prompt (c... so
it does not make any sense...???
any ideas?
