Accesing c drive

Anybody have any other idea for how to acces the c drive of a win2k server
over the network other then \\servername\c$ cause that isn't working. I can't
get access directly at the machine because the exe that allows logins may
have been delted from the system 32 folder. Evrytime i login it brings me
right back to the ctrl alt screen

The C$ share is a default administrator's share. Unless you created a new
share there is no way to access the c drive unless your a member of the
administrator's group. If you can not log in locally and you have
administrator rights, try any type of remote login (RDC) that may be
configured.

If all else fails you might want to try safe mode, or recovery mode. All
else fails, hit the backups.
