98 stops browsing network

I just converted the network from Novell to Windows 2000
Server. I have currently 3 Windows 98 workstations that
just stops browsing the server. When the user goes to get
a file then it tells them they do not have access.

Does anyone know what could be causing this.

I thought about the NIC card but it is three machines.
Now I am leaning toward the hub....
