That¹s because its a contradiction in terms - WiFi is the generic term for
2.4 and 5.8GHz radio systems

Try aligning the antenna more accurately with a level meter ?

Put them behind the wooden louvres in the bell tower - exactly what happened
here in
http://www.westhaddon.net, and its a rural service for the town, not
just a couple of people.
