Dear ng,

On Cisco boxes, when trunking is configured on a wireless bridge along with
SSID/vlan mapping, are 802.1q packets seen on the radio waves when the
wireless bridge has a wireless connection to another wireless bridge. Or are
802.1q tags only present on the wired trunk between the wireless bridge &
the wired infrastructure & it is up to the assocation table on the wireless
bridge to correctly map wired clients behind the other wireless bridges to
the correct ssid / vlan (based on the SSID/vlan mapping) ?

wireless bridge ----------------- wireless link ----------------- other
wireless bridge --- wired clients

Thx
