802.11e: "nominal" MSDU size

Hi,

I am going through the 802.11e standart and its reference scheduler.
One of the item in the TSPEC element is nominal MSDU size. What
exactly meant by "nominal" MSDU size? is it mean MSDU size for a
stream?
