802.11a/b/g pcmcia card with support for 802.11h

Hi,
Do anyone of you know if there are any products available with the
requirements, PCMCIA card for 802.11a/b/g with support for 802.11h
(TPC, DFS).
If so, is there one with a chipset that support promiscuous mode.
