802.11 wireless AuthMode bug?

Hello,

Microsoft say:

For the key: AuthMode = 1

"The user logon has to complete in 60 seconds or the existing network connectivity is terminated."

But on my computers (XP SP3), with AuthMode = 1, if computer auth success, if a user without a certificate logon, the wireless connectivity isn't terminated,
even after 60 seconds... Why?
