Well, I am amazed how people can *find* information and then not read it, or
the piece of info that lead them to it.
What I said as the unit I have is Spectrum24 the 2 Mbps one (the old version
of Spectrum24, dating back to 1997, when 802.11 ruled the universe). The
site you pinted me to only talks about the newer 11/54 Mbps Spectrum24 which
is (obviously) 802.11b/g compatible.
The Symbol site, (believe me, I have spent several hours looking and
searching), only gives little info about the older Spectrum24 2 Mbps
standard and will only give away it is 802.11 compatible.
I just need to know, does an 802.11b/g AP communitcate with an 802.11 device
or not?
Er
