Hi all.
I don't know how this has happened, but i've got a problem....

I have two pc's, both running XP Pro. Both machines have identical Realtek
8180 Wireless LAN PCI cards installed using IEEE 802.11b. The downstairs pc
is connected to the internet over cable.

They did work for a while, but i reinstalled XP on the main pc, and now i
can't get the network working again. There is no problem installing the
software or the drivers. The utility program scans for available networks,
but doesn't find any. The signal strength is constantly low (absolutely
nothing)

The upstairs pc has high signal strength (98%) and CAN find a network.

I do not believe the problem is the location of the machines as they used to
work fine before.

HELP ME!

Might help to describe your setup, were you using ICS (internet connection
sharing) or do you have an Access Point? Using XP SP1 or SP2?
