As of a couple of months ago, when the 802.11g standard
was finalized there was discussion about a "g" network
slowing down if a "b" node came into range.

Linksys tech support, yesterday, said that this has been "solved".
and we should go ahead and spend money on their equipment. I
thought it was the b/g interference was pretty fundamental.

Does anyone have an update about performace on a mixed network.

Thanks

How is it limited? Are you refering to the overheads?
