first, you should probably repost in a hardware related MS
newsgroup. second, you say you have uninstalled/reinstalled the
driver, but have you tried upgrading it or rolling it back depending
on what you have tried> has it ever worked properly?
this group supports the (now defunct) Microsoft branded networking
equipment. what brand device do you have?
