56k wireless modem needed ASAP

Hi,

I am in urgent need of getting a 56k wireless modem for use with a PC
laptop but cant find one anywhere. Could someone please point me in
the direction of one, or a manufacturer who still makes them.

When you really need a "modem" for yr laptop....and it needs to be
wireless, check with Vodafone, then can provide these for PCMCIA and
even offer G3 speeds now. They run ads. with it these days.

Proxim made one for use with thier Symphony Open Air and HomeRF protocols.
It was model 4500-5. Search the net and possibly ebay for them.
