Almost all the manufacturers offer POE adapters as an accessory, the only
thing this means is having to mount the adapter somewhere in the vicinity of
the access point. I believe that Buffalo are offering AP's with integrated
POE in some of their 54g offerings though.

You should be able to build your own, utilizing the unused wires in a CAT 5
ethernet cable.

Here's a detailed site using a WAP11, a "g" wouldn't be much different.

They sell the kits for add-on at the "official" ratings. They suggest
that some APs might be ready to accept the POE directly from the ethernet,
instead of wiring your own power jack at the WAP end. Doesn't say which
ones, though ;-)
