You need to *uninstall* firewalls such as Norton or
ZoneAlarm. Just disabling them is not enough. Also make
sure Windows firewall ICF is turned off.
If the problem still appears, use IE and go to
http://192.168.2.1 and configure the router manually. You
need to configure the type of connection on the WAN page.
All other settings should be fine initially. Then for
wired computers, configure the properties on network
connections on your computer to obtain an IP and DNS
dynamically from the server. Use the CD fro wireless
computers.
Once everything is working, enter a WEP key on the router
and any wireless card.
