4004 and other errors on server 2003

This started with some 4004 errors in the event log. For the most
part, everything seems to work on this server and client machines. My
original thought was that something was misconfigured. I decided to
run netdiag.exe and see what it had to say. When I ran netdiag, I
got: NETDIAG - Entry point not found. DnsGetPrimaryDomainName_UTF8
could not be located in ....DNSAPI.DLL. Any thoughts as to what
might be going on?
