Anyone know where I can get a 4-way RJ45 adapter? Just a 4-way version of
this http://tinyurl.com/bekdo

I've seen some old posts suggesting Solwise do one, but they don't do it
anymore. I've also searched CPC, RS and Maplin - but so far to no avail.

What are you actually trying to achieve? - Might be able to suggest an
alternative.

What are you trying to use it for? IMHO this will be useless for
Ethernet networking - for that you need a hub.

Note that the Maplins site specifies that the intended use is ISDN.
The S-bus system on ISDN *is* a bus system, so their adaptor will work
with that.

Regards,
Harry.

What are you trying to achieve.

is it
1 in 4 out
or
4 in 4 out ( over ther same cable using all 4 pairs.)

you need to search for cable economisers if its the latter.

personally I used to make the latter with 4 way cat5 outlets on a single
faceplate

Yes. That's what I need it for.

Split an ISDN line.

Again I used to make these up with a 4way faceplate with 3 normal cat5
sockets and a termining one at the end.

I think I saw them in Maplin when I was looking for something else,
ISDN 4-way adaptor. The plug part was on a short flying lead.

Krone (I think) do a double faceplate with four outlets (last
terminated) for this.. I will see if I can find a part number.
