3CRSHPW796 PCMCIA card problem

trying to get my wireless NW working .
Downloaded drivers from 3com
Make seemed OK

insmod -f RSHPW796.o
Warning :loading RSHPW796.o will taint the kernal: no licence

dmesg gives
3CRSHPW796 Linux Driver version 1.03 (Feb 28,2003)
:I/O region (0x0@0x0) too small , aborting
cs :cb_free (bus 3)


anyone know what to do now?
