3com Office Connect 11g - Prism GT -> Nitro upgrade

hi,

i am currently searching the web for information on the capabilities of my new 3com
Office Connect 11g AP...
what i found so far is, that all new 3com 11g AP's use the Intersil Prism GT chipset.
reading more about the Prism GT i found out that it is capable of that new 140 mbps
mode through a firmware upgrade of the Prism chipset which makes it actually a Prism
"Nitro" solution.

does anybody know more about this matter? is it possible to upgrade the prism GT
chipset to Nitro? of course 3com would have to release a firmware upgrade supporting
this, but the hardware should be able to handle it after all...
