3Com 11g router - difficult setup?

Looking at the 3Com USR8054 router and USR5410 PC card. CNET says
their stuff is "not for novices" - difficult to set up, poor
instructions, and lousy support. Anybody here using this router?

Sorry, just realized this is USR, not 3Com, if that means anything...
