38% web page load fail

I am running a peer to peer home network. A p3 667 compaq desktop
connected to internet running w2kpro with 2 wireless clients 1 on xppro
other on w2kpro. My wife and I found we were getting some pages not
loading. After searching the web for hours I found the answer on
http://www.annoyances.org/exec/show/article04-107
I used tcpoptimizer from speeguide.net to fix registry on my clients.
I have posted on 3 most likely groups hopefully so it saves other
people's time.
