Does anyone know if there are any issues with running a 32bit domain
controller and a 64bit domain controller together.

I guess the question is:
Can AD on a 32bit DC synch properly with the AD on a 64bit DC, and vice
versa?

Active Directory is not hardware dependant so there is no issue running 32bit
vs 64bit OS.

My concern wasn't the hardware.

I'm looking to see if the 32Bit version of the Windows Server will run with
the 64Bit version of Windows Server (they are two different software
products).

Is the 64Bit AD an issue when synching with the 32Bit counterpart?
