3 modems not responding in RRAS in Windows 2003 server

Hi,

Is it possible to work 3 PCI internal modems together in RRAS in Windows
Server 2003 Enterprise Edition? In my case, one out of 3 modems only working
as RAS server. I've read the article Q145879 and Q157827. I tried to set
those modems according to above two artical as well. In my case, first modem
responds, next two modems do not answer at all. How could I make them answer
for dial-up services?

Appreciate, if you could answer or give some hint to solve above problem.
