2k3 server with RAS and routing

hi,

i have a server running the RAS and routing.

is there anyway i can list in realtime all active connections, i.e. tcp/udp
ports, kb/s against respective IP addresses etc?

i used to use a 3rd party routing program years ago (intergate i think it
was) and this did it nicely.

i want to see what traffic is passing and on what ports and from which pc's
