2k3 Domain Controller in a 2k Domain

Hello all.:-)
Am in the preocess of replacing our W2K domain.
I read evrything I could find.
Did the adprep on the forest and the domain.
Introduced the W2K3 server to the domain.
Installed Active Directory.
All has gone super well.
BUT.:-(
In Active Directory Sites and Services.
The new server is listed but there was nothing in the NTDS Settings.
Is that normal???

I manually added connections to the other servers but it will not manually
replicate.
Is that normal??? Should I have just left it was it was connection wise???

Have already checked everything DNS and gone throught

but still the same.

The server seems to be functioning fine except for the manual replication.
Am I worrying over nothing???
