256 kbyte receive problem

Hello,
I am using ECOS with a bsd stack. On some firewalls after I receive
about 1/4 megabyte of data the connection seems to close. My TCPIP window
size is 65535. Anything less than 1/4 megabyte seems to work fine. Anyone
have any ideas?
