2003 VPN and file sharing and Sequel Server Issues

Hi, I have a new 2003 install. Needed to activate remote access and routing
to setup a VPN. Went through the process and when complete file access is
shutdown for the users as well as any access to our sequel server.

What did I miss? Please help
