I have a 2003 Server x64, I purchased 5 additional licences, but I cant find
where I add them, unlike Windows, where adding licence will ask for the 25
digits then activate, I just cant seem to find where to go on this one,
please help if you can, thank you.

Hello Mark,

Are you talking about Terminal server CAL's or normal CAL's? For a TS CAL
you have to install the TS licensing server. For normal windows licensing
there is no control with software, you have to control them yourself and
make sure to have the needed amount of licenses if you have to show.

Best regards

Hi
Yes it is for TS CAL
I installed Terminal Server Licensing, its now asking for activation ? and
said after 120days it will stop if not succesful
If I activate it, it should allow me to add the 5 user CAL ?
I also see theres an option 'Terminal Server' above the add/remove list, do
I need this ?
The server is Dell Poweredge OEM with 2003x64, do I need to purchase
anything else ?
Thanks

Hello Mark,

The "terminal server" is for configuring the server that users can connect
to it and use it as a normal workstation.

See here about configuring TS licensing:
