2003 Std Server SP1 - Network Connections service

Anyone: Im testing an upgrade from a clean NT4 SP6 to 2003 Std SP1. After I
apply SP1 restart, Network Connections cannot start. I've regsvr32
netshell.dll, netcfgx.dll and netman.dll - all succesfull. If I try a net
start netman - I get no error or log; services console just shows the NC
service as starting.

Please advise!

I have the exact same problem.. Also I no longer see any icons in the
properties for network connections...
