2003 SP1 RPC/HTTP

Our developers with 2003 SP1 on their desktops connecting to the production
network via rpc/http for Outlook keep being prompted for credentials. They
are only prompted if the are directed to a 2004 ISA server. If they are
connecting to a 2000 ISA server they are not continuously prompted. XP and
2003 non SP1 clients don't have the issue. Has anyone seen this problem?

After removing 2003 SP1 the users are no longer continuously prompted for
credentials.
